At VanGuard Timpieces, I take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every timepiece I offer. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

Returns

Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date you receive your watch to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Cancellations are valid within 1 hour of ordering.

Condition

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Please note that Mystery Boxes are excluded from returns.

Process

To start a return, please email me at support@vanguardtimepieces.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item.

  • A return form must be requested and included with your return.

  • Refunds are only processed if the watch is sent to the correct return address listed on the return form and the package is successfully delivered.

  • For your protection, I strongly recommend insured shipping so you have proof of delivery.

Please note that I do not offer free returns.
